What counts as an active program?
An active program is any program that receives one or more submissions within a 12-month period. Programs that do not receive submissions during that period do not count toward annual program limits.
Are there per-user or per-reviewer fees?
No. There are no per-user, per-admin, or per-reviewer seat fees across any tier.
What happens if submission volume exceeds the indicated range?
Submission ranges reflect typical annual program volumes. If submission counts significantly exceed the indicated range during a given period, capacity and support alignment will be reviewed collaboratively prior to renewal. There are no automatic restrictions or per-submission penalties.
Is API access included?
Yes. API access is available across all tiers. Custom integrations and implementation support are available starting in the Portfolio tier.
Is onboarding or training included?
Initial platform orientation and documentation are included. Onboarding support and scheduled implementation planning are available beginning in the Portfolio tier.
