What counts as an active program?
An active program is any program that receives one or more submissions within a 12-month period. Programs that do not receive submissions during that period do not count toward annual program limits.
Are there per-user or per-reviewer fees?
No. There are no per-user, per-admin, or per-reviewer seat fees across any tier.
I’m an AMC running programs for multiple association clients. How does pricing work?
Pricing for AMCs follows the same model: by total active program count and submission volume across all your client programs, not per client, per instance, or per seat. Most AMCs with up to fifteen client programs sit on a single Enterprise plan. For larger portfolios, contact us for tailored pricing.
What happens if submission volume exceeds the indicated range?
Submission ranges reflect typical annual program volumes. If submission counts significantly exceed the indicated range during a given period, capacity and support alignment will be reviewed collaboratively prior to renewal. There are no automatic restrictions or per-submission penalties.
Is API access included?
Yes. API access is available across all tiers. Custom integrations and implementation support are available starting in the Portfolio tier.
Is onboarding or training included?
Initial platform orientation and documentation are included. Onboarding support and scheduled implementation planning are available beginning in the Portfolio tier.
Can we run multiple program tracks within a single program?
Yes. Program tracks and review phases are configurable within a single active program.
What if we need more than 15 programs annually?
For associations managing portfolio-scale initiatives beyond the published limits, tailored pricing is available.
Are multi-year agreements available?
Yes. Multi-year agreements can be structured for associations seeking budget predictability. Terms are defined based on program scope.
