Platform · Integrations

Your program should be reachable by more than a login screen.

Every plan includes API access, outbound webhooks, and scoped tokens. Not the top tier. Not a two thousand dollar add-on. Every plan.

Three things worth knowing before you compare

It is included, not upsold.

API access, outbound webhooks, and scoped tokens are on the Flagship plan at four thousand dollars a year, the same as they are on Enterprise. Program count and submission volume are what change between tiers. Capability is not.

Events, not polling.

Your systems find out when something happens because we tell them. A submission arrives, a review completes, a decision advances, and a signed webhook fires. You are not writing a job that asks us every sixty seconds whether anything changed.

Scoped tokens, not admin keys.

Integration credentials are scoped to what the integration needs and revocable on their own, separate from the tokens your staff use to sign in. Turning one off does not disturb anyone’s account.

How this compares

Programmatic access in this category is usually an upgrade, an add-on fee, or a sales call. Here is what each vendor publishes, with the source, as of August 19, 2026.

One example · AI assistant

Talk to your awards program through the AI assistant your team already uses.

Your organization can use NEW’s Integration API to connect live program data to ChatGPT, Claude, or a custom assistant.

Ask where the cycle stands, who is behind, and what needs attention—without opening another dashboard. In the workflow shown here, the assistant drafts reminders from your templates and holds them until a person approves.

The assistant sees and does only what its scoped token permits. Every API request remains visible in the audit trail.

Safe to connect. Safe to leave.

Governance stays on

Role-based access, audit trails, and scoped integration tokens are on every plan. An agent or AMS sync does not get a free pass around the controls your board expects.

Your data leaves whenever you want

Structured exports of complete program records — applicants, reviewers, submissions, reviews, and COI attestations — on your schedule, without asking us.

Payment need not run through your AMS

Programs can require payment before submission using your own Stripe account. Funds go to your organization and never pass through us.

Integrations FAQ

Is API access included in every plan?
Yes. All three plans include API access, outbound webhooks, and scoped tokens. Tiers differ by program count and submission volume.
Do you have a prebuilt connector for my AMS?
No prebuilt connector to a named system today. There is an API on every plan, signed webhooks, and structured exports built for AMS and CRM synchronization. Anything shaped around a specific system is custom integration planning, available at Enterprise.
Does payment have to run through our AMS?
Usually not. Programs can require payment before submission using your own Stripe account, so funds go directly to your organization and never pass through us.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Structured exports of complete program records, available at any time, without asking us.

Bring your integration question to the demo.

Tell us what systems your program has to talk to and we will walk through exactly how, on your actual cycle. Pilot your next program with us at no cost.
